Belarus. Memorandum on compulsory insurance of the civil liability of the owners (drivers) of the vehicles entering the territory of the Republic of Belarus

In order to raise awareness of foreign citizens entering the territory of the Republic of Belarus, the Memorandum concerning the demands of the Legislation on compulsory insurance of the civil liability of vehicle owners was prepared by the Belarusian Transport Insurance Bureau.

This Memorandum contains the information on the requirement to sign the Contract of the compulsory insurance of civil liability of the owners of vehicles, which is in force within the Republic Belarus territory, and stipulates liability for the absence of such Insurance Contract.
