Belarus. The payment rate for driving the paid motorways will be increased from October 01, 2014

The rate for driving the paid motorways in Belarus will be increased as of October 01, 2014 for certain categories of vehicles. It was determined by the Decree of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus №32 dated September 10, 2014, officially published on September 13, 2014 at the National Legal Portal.

In accordance with this document the motor vehicles with the total permissible weight more than 3,5t. will be affected by the above-mentioned Decree.

The amount of payment for driving the motorways will be the following:
• For the motor vehicles with two axles – Euro 0,09 per 1 km. (Euro 0,08/km previously),
• For the motor vehicles with three axles – Euro 0,115 per 1 km. (Euro 0,10/km previously),
• For the motor vehicles with four and more axles Euro 0,145 per 1 km. (Euro 0,12/km previously),

The amount of payment for driving the cars will be the same – Euro 0,04 per 1 km.
