On introduction of the temporary restrictions of the axle loads of vehicles driving by the Republic of Belarus’ motorways in 201011.03.2014
In accordance with the Decree № 13 of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus dated 01.03.2010 the provisional restrictions of the load on the vehicle single axle, ranging from 6 t. up to 9 t., are introduced for the period from 20.03.2010 up to 20.04.2010. Furthermore, the above-mentioned document has established the maximum sums of the adjacent axles mass of the vehicles for the above-mentioned period. At the same time the spring-time restrictions from 20.03.2010 up to 20.04.2010 are not applied to the following roads:
The seasonal restrictions, effective during the spring time from 20.03.2010 up to 20.04.2010, are not applied to the vehicles carrying out the transport of the passengers, medicines, diesel oil, petrol, liquefied gas and motor oil, seeds stock, livestock, flowers, post sending and parcels, perishable goods and humanitarian cargoes: furthermore, these restrictions do not cover the transport intended for prevention of the emergencies or their elimination. Restrictions of the vehicles’ single axle load, which should not exceed 6 t., are introduced from 20.05.2010 up to 31.08.2010, for the vehicles driving by the Republican motorways with the bitumen and concrete pavement from 11.00 a.m. up to 09.00 p.m. while the day-time temperature exceeds + 25° С. If the weather conditions along the transport route are changed sharply, accompanied by the ambient air decreasing up to + 15 ˚С inclusive, the further driving of the vehicles and self-propelled vehicles, suspended due to the temperature regime, is allowed. The above-mentioned restrictions, effective during the summer time from 20.05.2010 up to 31.08.2010, are not applied to the vehicles and the self-propelled vehicles, carrying out the transport of the passengers, livestock, flowers, humanitarian cargoes, concrete and bitumen/concrete mixtures, dangerous and perishable goods, seeds stock. These restrictions do not cover the transport intended for prevention of the emergencies or their elimination. |
