The Ministry of Transport and Communications informs about the exclusion of requirements regarding drivers transiting through the territory of the Republic of Belarus from 1 July 202030.06.2020
The Government of the Republic of Belarus adopted the Resolution No. 372 of 26 June 2020, according to which from the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 171 of 25 March 2020 «On measures to prevent the importation and spread of infection caused by the coronavirus COVID-19» the requirements, regarding drivers transiting through the territory of the Republic of Belarus on vehicles intended for international road transport, are excluded. Earlier, the Resolution No. 171 established the obligations for these drivers to pass only on certain republican roads, on which stopping (parking) for rest and meals for drivers, refueling vehicles are possible, as well as to leave the territory of the Republic of Belarus by the shortest route no later than the day following the day of entry into its territory. In addition, the Resolution No. 372 amends the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 25 May 2020 No. 311 “On the use of navigation devices (seals)” The Resolution No. 372 enters into force from 1 July 2020. |
