New procedure for providing services for booking a place in a queue at the border

Booking a queue at the border is carried out on the website BelarusBorder.by

From 26^th 2020 the following changes will come into force in the provision of services:

1. By making a reservation, the data of the driver of the vehicle are not indicated.

2. Reservation is carried out no later than 1 hour and no more than 40 days.

3. Changes to the date and time of booking can be made only 1 time and no later than 1 hour before the start of the booked interval.

4. Vehicle data must not be changed.

5. In case of cancellation/transfer of the date and time of booking, the place is vacated and appears in the public domain.

The changes affected the functionality of the site BelarusBorder.by

1. There is a possibility of preliminary (before the registration/entry procedure) selection of the type of vehicle, date and time of border crossing the border and border crossing point.

2. From the main page of the BelarusBorder.by website without registering a reservation/refill of the account, it became possible to view the availability of free places.

3. It is possible to upload a report on previously made reservations.
