THE GENERAL MEETING

The Superior body of the Association is the General Meeting of the “BAMAP” members. The General Meeting is held at least once a year. The initiators of holding the Meeting may be not less than 1/3 of the Association “BAMAP” members, the Board of Directors, the Association Chairman or Audit Commission

THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors is a Body for the Association “BAMAP” administration between the General Meetings. The Board of Directors sessions are held when it is necessary, but at least once a quarter. The Board of Directors is presided by the President, which, in accordance with his appointment, is the “BAMAP” Chairman. The “BAMAP” Board of Directors’ members are elected from the “BAMAP” Association’s members for the term of 5 years. The elections into the Board of Directors’ members are held after consideration of the candidates’ nominees at the Regional Meetings of the Association “BAMAP” and their nomination to be elected by the General Meeting of the Association “BAMAP” members.

The Chairman of the Association “BAMAP” is the Senior Official which administers the Association “BAMAP”.

THE ASSOCIATION “BAMAP” DIRECTION

The Direction is the Executive Body (The Management Personnel), which provides the implementation of the decisions adopted by the General Meeting, Board of Directors, Chairman, performing out the ongoing activities of the “BAIRC” Association.

The management of the Direction activity is being carried out by the Director General.

THE AUDIT COMMISSION

The Audit Commission exercises control over the financial and economic activity of the “BAMAP” Association, its organizational framework and the statutory activity of the elective bodies of the “BAMAP” management. The sessions, check-ups and audit inspections are held at least once a year. The audit inspections and check-ups’ results are submitted to the General Meeting, Board of Directors and to Chairman of the Association “BAMAP”.
